You must be at least 13 years old to use the App, or have consent and supervision from a parent or legal guardian. By using Brick Search, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Use of the App

You may use Brick Search solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
• Interfere with, damage, or disrupt the App or its networks.
• Attempt to access data or systems without authorization, including by automated means (bots/scrapers).
• Reverse‑engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the App.

We may suspend or restrict access if we believe your use violates these Terms.

3. Accounts and User Data

You can use Brick Search without creating an account. If you create an account, you must provide a valid email address. We securely store your LEGO® collection and wishlist data and associate it with your account.

Your email address may be added to the Brick Search mailing list to receive updates, offers, and LEGO‑related news. You may unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Affiliate Links and Earnings

Some links in the App direct you to third‑party websites (e.g., retailers). These may be affiliate links, meaning we may earn commission if you make a purchase. Commissions do not affect the price you pay.

We are not responsible for the content, products, or policies of third‑party sites. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you visit them.

5. Rewards and Cashback

We may offer cashback, points, or other rewards for purchases or referrals. Availability, value, and eligibility may change or be withdrawn at any time. Rewards may have conditions or expiry dates. We are not liable for missed rewards due to technical issues, ad‑blocking, tracking errors, or third‑party failures.

All content, design elements, logos, and software in the App are the property of Tiro Media Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the App without our written permission.

Brick Search is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by The LEGO Group. LEGO® and related trademarks are the property of The LEGO Group of companies.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of data or business; or issues arising from third‑party services. The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.

9. Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the App if you breach these Terms or misuse the App. You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via the App or email. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
